2. General information about the login area

Visitors to this website do not have the option to register or create a personal user account. A protected login area is reserved exclusively for me as the operator (technical administrator) for the maintenance of the website. Third parties cannot register or log in. The login data processed in this context serve solely the security and functionality of the web offering (Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR).

3. Collection of personal data when visiting the website

This website is hosted by the Hetzner Online GmbH. The provider processes your IP address and the data listed below exclusively on my behalf and within the framework of a contract for commissioned processing (AVV) in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.

When the website is accessed, information is automatically collected in so-called server log files:

  • IP address
  • Date and time of the request
  • Content of the request (specific page)
  • Access status/HTTP status code
  • Amount of data transferred
  • Referrer URL (website from which the request originates)
  • Browser type, version, operating system and language

The processing is technically necessary to ensure the stability and security of the system. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. The data are usually stored for 7 days and then deleted.

4. Cookies

This website uses cookies.

  • Technically necessary cookies: These are strictly necessary for the secure operation of the site (Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR).

  • Cookies for external media: Cookies may be set when embedding YouTube videos. These contents are blocked by default and will only be loaded after your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR).

5. Integration of external services (YouTube)

I embed videos from the YouTube platform (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). The „enhanced privacy mode“ is used in the process. Nevertheless, activating a video establishes a connection to Google servers and your IP address is transmitted. Processing takes place only after your explicit consent by clicking on the video (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR).

6. Use of Telegram and other platforms

I maintain an online presence on Telegram.

Telegram channel: I operate a Telegram channel. Unlike groups, you cannot see who the other subscribers in a channel are (unless they are saved in your contacts). I do not process any data about you in this context, unless you actively interact with the channel (e.g. via comments, if this function is enabled).

Data processing by platform operators: When you visit my profile or the Telegram channel, the operators (e.g. Telegram, Google/YouTube) collect your data for their own purposes (advertising, analysis). I have no influence on this. Processing is carried out based on the respective privacy policies of the providers:

For security and to protect data transmission, I use modern SSL/TLS encryption. This is indicated by the lock symbol in the browser’s address bar.

8. Your rights

You have at any time the right to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), withdrawal of given consent (Art. 7 para. 3 GDPR) as well as to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21 GDPR).
